A hybrid event has two audiences at once: people in the room and people on screens. Planning for one at the expense of the other produces an event that feels like a broadcast to the room or a sideshow to the remote viewers. Real Vision Events & Conference Services is a hybrid event organiser in India that designs both experiences together, handling the live production in the venue and the technology that carries it to remote viewers.
We have been producing live events since the year 2000. That grounding in stage, sound, lighting and screens is what makes our hybrid work look and sound professional, rather than like a video call pointed at a stage.
The aim is simple: remote guests should be able to see clearly, hear clearly and take part, while the in-room audience enjoys a well-run event without cameras and cables getting in the way.

| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cameras and operators | Capture the stage, speakers and audience with proper framing. |
| Video switcher | Mixes cameras, slides and video clips into one clean feed. |
| Audio mix | Blends stage microphones, audience questions and remote speakers without echo. |
| Encoder and streaming platform | Sends the feed to viewers with a backup route. |
| Remote speaker link | Brings remote panellists onto the in-room screens. |
| Interaction tools | Polls, chat and Q&A moderated by a dedicated person. |
Lighting that looks right to the eye can look flat or harsh on camera. We design stage lighting for both, with even light on faces, controlled backgrounds and no glare on screens. Set colours are chosen to avoid distracting patterns on video, and the stage is planned with camera positions in mind. For the audience in the room, cameras are placed so they do not block views, and the sound is kept natural.

Remote viewers will forgive a plain picture, but not poor sound. We use clean microphones, mix them carefully and feed remote audio into the room through a system that prevents feedback and echo. For questions from the room, a runner with a wireless microphone is used so that the stream picks up the question clearly. Test calls with remote speakers are scheduled before the event.
Online attendees need to feel included. A moderator manages the chat, collects questions and shares them with the host. Polls and short quizzes keep attention, and the host addresses the online audience directly at set moments. Remote speakers get a short briefing and a technical check, and a producer controls transitions between the room and the screen.
A hybrid event produces material that continues to be useful: full recordings, highlight clips and audio. We can deliver edited recordings after the event for members, employees or customers who could not attend. Please tell us your plans for reuse, as it affects camera angles, permissions from speakers and storage.
The internet connection is the foundation of a hybrid event. A dedicated line with a backup connection is usually safer than shared venue Wi-Fi. We test upload speed on site, choose a streaming platform suited to the audience size and decide how viewers will log in – open link, registration or password. For private events, access controls and watermarking can protect content.
See our audio visual equipment rental and LED wall pages for the equipment used.
Most events combine more than one service. These pages explain the related services in detail: Conference Organiser in India, Employee Meet Organiser in India, Annual General Meeting Organiser in India, Corporate Training Company in India, Audio Visual Equipment Rental, LED Wall Screen on Rent, Event Management Company.

A virtual event is entirely online. A hybrid event has an in-person audience and a remote audience at the same time, so it needs both a live production and a streaming set-up.
It depends on the quality and number of streams. We assess the venue’s connection and recommend a dedicated line or backup connection where required.
Yes. We bring them onto the venue screens and mix their audio into the room so that the panel feels connected.
We can stream through the platform you prefer or recommend one that suits your audience size and need for interaction or access control.
Yes. A moderator collects questions from chat or a Q&A tool and passes them to the host, so remote viewers are included.
No. We plan camera positions in advance and use operators who know how to work without blocking views or distracting guests.
Yes. We can provide full recordings and edited highlights after the event.
Four to six weeks is comfortable, as technical testing and speaker coordination take time. Simple formats can be arranged more quickly.
