Our Work – Event Photo Gallery by Real Vision Events

Photographs say more about an event company than any description can. The gallery above shows a selection of stages, screens, lighting set-ups and audiences from events that Real Vision Events & Conference Services has produced. Click any picture to see it larger. In this page we explain what you are seeing, the kinds of decisions that went into these set-ups and how you can use the gallery to describe your own event to us.

The images come from corporate programmes, cultural evenings, exhibitions, school and college functions and private celebrations. They are not staged photographs taken in a studio; they show real events with real audiences, which is why the lighting, angles and crowd sizes vary from picture to picture.

What our gallery shows

  • Stages and backdrops – from simple conference platforms to large cultural stages with layered backdrops and truss.
  • LED walls and projection – screens that carry brand films, live camera feeds and presentation slides.
  • Lighting and effects – colour washes, moving lights and effects designed for particular moments in a programme.
  • Audiences and seating – layouts for theatre, classroom, banquet and open-ground events.
  • Performers and hosts – dancers, singers, anchors and speakers at work under stage lighting.
  • Exhibition and activation set-ups – stalls, displays and branded spaces prepared for visitors.

How to read an event photograph

If you are looking at the gallery to decide what you want for your own event, a few simple observations can help. First, look at the relationship between the stage and the audience: how high is the stage, how far are the first seats, and can everyone see? Second, notice the balance of light. A well-lit stage has clear light on faces, softer light behind and enough contrast between speaker and backdrop. Third, notice how screens are used: are they large enough to read from the back, and do they carry a clear image rather than crowded slides? Finally, look at cables, edges and floor finishes. Clean details are often what separates a professional set-up from an improvised one.

Using the gallery to brief us

Many clients find it easier to say “I like this one” than to describe an event in words. You are welcome to note down the pictures that appeal to you and tell us what you like: the stage shape, the colour scheme, the way the LED wall wraps around the stage, or the mood of the lighting. We can then propose something similar in scale and budget for your event. If you have reference photographs from other events, you can send them to us on WhatsApp or by email. Reference pictures speed up the design conversation and reduce misunderstanding.

Types of events behind the pictures

Corporate programmes. Conferences, annual meetings, product launches and award nights, where the stage design has to support presentations and keep the programme on time. See our event management and annual meeting pages for more detail.

Cultural and educational programmes. School and college annual days, fests and competitions, in which stages must handle dancers, bands and large groups of students. Our annual function page explains how we plan them.

Exhibitions and activations. Stalls, displays and interactive elements designed to bring visitors in. Read more under events and exhibitions and road shows.

Social celebrations. Weddings, sangeet nights and parties, where warm light, good sound and a comfortable stage matter most. See light and sound and laser lighting.

From photograph to plan

Behind every finished picture is a chain of small decisions. The stage was sized to the number of performers. The truss was placed so that lights could reach faces without glare. The speakers were angled to cover the audience without echoing from the walls. The LED wall was selected by pixel pitch and viewing distance. The power distribution was calculated in advance so that nothing tripped. When you contact us, we go through the same chain for your event and turn it into a plan that you can approve before anything is built.

A quick checklist before you request a design

  • Collect two or three gallery pictures or outside references that show the mood you want.
  • Note the size of the hall or ground, the ceiling height and the position of pillars or entrances.
  • Decide the number of people who will be on stage at the same time.
  • List everything that must be visible on screens, such as logos, sponsor slides or live video.
  • Find out the venue’s rules on power, noise, smoke effects and set-up hours.
  • Agree your budget range and the date by which you need the final plan.

With these six points in hand, our team can usually prepare a first layout and quotation quickly, and you avoid the delays that come from missing information.

Event Gallery – Frequently Asked Questions

Are the photographs in the gallery from real events?

Yes. The images come from events that Real Vision Events has produced or supported, including corporate, cultural, educational and private programmes.

Can you recreate a stage or set-up that I like in the gallery?

We can propose something similar in style and scale, adjusted for your venue, audience size and budget. Exact copies are rarely possible because each venue is different, but we can capture the look and feel.

Do you have more pictures or videos of past events?

Yes. If you are considering a particular kind of event, ask us and we can share more relevant images or short clips by WhatsApp or email.

Can I use the gallery images on my own website or social media?

Please contact us before using our photographs elsewhere. They may include client branding and other people’s faces, so permission depends on the event.

Will you photograph or record my event as well?

We can arrange photography and video coverage through our partners, and we can record the LED screen feed or audio for your archive. Please ask when you request a quotation.

How do I share reference pictures from other events?

You can send them by WhatsApp on +91-9312417519 or by email to [email protected], along with a note about what you like and what you would change.

How long does it take to prepare a design after I contact you?

A basic layout and quotation can often be prepared within a few days. More detailed designs with 3D visuals or custom fabrication take longer. Tell us your deadline and we will plan accordingly.

Do you build sets in venues other than those shown in the gallery?

Yes. We build stages and set-ups in hotels, auditoriums, campuses, exhibition halls and open grounds. We check each venue’s conditions before finalising the design.
