Real Vision Events & Conference Services has been planning conferences, stage shows, exhibitions, road shows and college functions from Karol Bagh, Delhi since the year 2000. Behind every event there is a team that works at odd hours, solves problems on the spot and takes pride when the lights go up and the programme runs on time. If that sounds like the kind of work you want to do, we would like to hear from you.

This page lists the kinds of people we usually hire and explains how to apply. We do not post a fixed list of vacancies here, because event work comes in waves. Instead, you can send your resume at any time. When a suitable role opens, our team calls the profiles that fit the requirement.

Roles we hire for

• Event Executive / Coordinator – Plans and coordinates conferences, launches, exhibitions and functions from the first call to the last guest leaving the venue.
• Production & Operations Executive – Handles vendors, transport, site visits, set-up schedules and on-site execution for stage shows and road shows.
• Stage, Sound & Lighting Technician – Sets up and operates stage, truss, sound, lighting and laser equipment at events across Delhi NCR and other cities.
• LED Wall & Projector Operator – Installs and runs LED walls, projectors, digital standees and video equipment, and fixes problems quickly on site.
• Sales / Business Development Executive – Talks to companies, colleges and agencies about their events, prepares quotations and follows up until the booking is confirmed.
• Graphic Designer / Video Editor – Designs stage backdrops, stall layouts, invitations, branding material and event videos.
• Accounts & Admin Executive – Looks after quotations, invoices, vendor payments and the office paperwork that keeps events running smoothly.
• Intern / Fresher – Learn event management on live projects alongside the production and operations team.

What it is like to work with us

Events are team sport. A single conference can involve a project lead, a stage crew, a sound engineer, an LED operator, a designer and a vendor coordinator, and each of them depends on the others. You will work on real projects from the first week, learn from people who have handled hundreds of events, and see the result of your work the same day on the stage or the exhibition floor.

• Variety – corporate meetings one week, a school annual day or an exhibition the next.
• Skills that carry forward – vendor management, budgeting, stage and technical set-up, client handling and on-site problem solving.
• Delhi base – our head office is in Karol Bagh, close to metro and bus connections, with events across Delhi NCR and in other cities.
