A corporate event is judged by two things: whether the business objective was met, and whether anything went visibly wrong. As a corporate event management company in Kolkata, Real Vision Events & Conference Services works on both. Since the year 2000 we have planned company events for businesses of different sizes – conferences, product launches, dealer and employee meets, annual days, award nights and celebrations – from our head office in Karol Bagh, Delhi, and branch offices in Mumbai and Bangalore.
Whether you call us a corporate event organiser, a company event planner or an event management company, the job is the same: understand what the event must achieve, build a plan and a budget around it, manage every supplier, and be present on the day to make decisions quickly. You get one accountable team instead of a list of vendors to chase.

Many first-time organisers expect a venue booking and some decoration. In practice a professional team takes responsibility for the following:
Corporate events are not all alike, and the planning differs for each type. The formats we handle most often are:
1. Brief. We start with the purpose, audience, date, venue options and budget range. A short discovery call saves a lot of rework later.
2. Proposal. You receive a concept, a layout, a schedule and an itemised estimate. Changes are easy at this stage, so we invite your feedback.
3. Preparation. Suppliers are booked, a run-of-show is written and responsibilities are assigned to named people on our team.
4. Delivery. Our crew builds and tests the set-up, holds a technical rehearsal for key segments and runs the event against a cue sheet.
5. Review. After the event we settle accounts, share photographs and discuss what worked and what could be better.

Overspending usually happens in small steps – an extra hour of hall rental, a lighting upgrade, more guests than planned. We divide the budget by category, review it at every milestone and keep roughly ten percent as contingency for changes. Where it helps, we compare more than one quotation for major items and explain the trade-offs honestly. If a change is requested, we tell you its cost before it is approved, not after the event.
Corporate audiences notice the details: whether the sound is clear, whether slides are readable from the last row, whether the programme starts on time. We therefore invest in the basics – a stable stage, reliable wireless microphones, balanced lighting on speakers, and LED walls or projectors sized to the room. Our own stage setup, light and sound and LED screen teams work together, so the technical side is planned as one system.
If you are still comparing options, ask any event company to explain who will be on site, what happens if equipment fails, and how changes are priced. We are happy to answer the same questions.
Most events combine more than one service. Planning a corporate event in Kolkata?
Share your date, venue and expected guests. Call +91-9312417519 or +91-9810969273, or email [email protected] for a plan and quotation.
There is no fixed rate because the cost depends on guest count, venue, production level, duration and the services included. We prepare an itemised proposal after understanding your brief, so you can see where each rupee goes and decide what to keep, reduce or upgrade.
For conferences, launches and dealer meets, four to six weeks is comfortable and large projects benefit from more. Smaller company events can often be arranged in two to three weeks. If you are short of time, call us and we will say honestly what can be delivered.
Yes. We work across India from our Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore offices and handle travel, local suppliers and on-site coordination for events in other cities.
Both. We can plan the event and supply the stage, sound, lighting, LED screens and hosts, or you can hire us for only the technical side if you already have a planner.
A coordinator from our team stays on site from set-up to close, supported by technical and floor crew, so you have one person to speak to for every decision.
Yes. Tell us your budget range in the first conversation and we design the event to fit. If something does not fit, we say so and suggest alternatives instead of adding cost quietly.
Yes. We coordinate emcees, moderators, musicians, dancers and other performers, and we confirm each one’s technical requirements before the day.
A decorator handles the look of the venue. An event manager is responsible for the whole event – planning, budget, suppliers, schedule and on-site delivery – and may work with decorators as one of the suppliers.
