A stage show is the moment an audience decides whether your event is worth remembering. Whether it is a brand reveal, a cultural evening, a college festival or a company awards night, everything the audience sees and hears passes through the stage. Real Vision Events & Conference Services has been designing and running stage shows since the year 2000, and our stage show services in Up are built around one simple idea: the stage must serve the story you want to tell, not the other way round.
We are a Delhi-based event company with our head office in Karol Bagh and branch offices in Mumbai and Bangalore, so a single team can plan, transport and run your programme wherever it happens. When you talk to us about a stage show in Up, you are speaking to people who handle the whole job: concept, stage design, truss and platform work, sound, lighting, LED visuals, anchors, artists and on-ground crew.

Every event is different, so we build each package from the parts you actually need instead of selling a fixed bundle. Depending on the size and style of your programme, stage show management in Up can include:
Because we have worked across so many formats, we understand how the same stage must behave differently from one event to the next. A corporate awards night needs clean sightlines, a teleprompter position and quick trophy hand-offs. A cultural programme needs wing space, multiple entry points and a floor that dancers can trust. A product launch needs a reveal moment, a surprise element and perfect timing between video and lighting. We regularly plan:
1. Brief and site visit. We begin with your goal, guest count, date and budget. Our team then visits the venue, or studies its drawings, to check ceiling height, power availability, loading access and audience layout.
2. Design and approval. You receive a stage layout, a lighting and sound plan and a list of equipment. We adjust it with you until the look and the budget both make sense.
3. Build and rehearsal. The stage is installed ahead of the event, followed by a technical rehearsal where sound, lighting, videos and artists are run together. This is where most problems are found and solved.
4. Show day. A stage manager and technical crew run the programme against a cue sheet, so anchors, performers and speakers always know what comes next.
5. Dismantle. After the final cue we strike the stage safely, clear the venue and leave it in the condition we found it.

Stage size is one of the first questions we are asked, and the honest answer is that it depends on what will happen on it. A single-speaker conference needs very little floor area but excellent visibility. A dance programme with twenty performers needs depth and clear wings. As a rough guide, keep the front edge of the stage at a comfortable height for the audience – low for small halls, higher for large ones – and always leave a clear walking route for artists behind the backdrop. We will recommend the layout, but it is worth thinking about how many people will be on stage at the same time, whether anyone needs a ramp for accessibility, and where guests of honour will enter and exit.
A beautiful stage that is not stable is a liability. Our crew checks platform joints, railings, truss clamps and cable routes before the doors open. Cables are taped or ramped so no one trips, fire exits remain clear, and power is distributed with proper protection. If your venue has specific rules, such as limits on floor loading or restrictions on hanging equipment, tell us early and we will design around them.
You may also need related services for the same event. Our light and sound management, LED wall rental and stage setup services can be booked together with your stage show.

For large programmes we suggest contacting us three to four weeks ahead, because stage design, artist confirmation and venue permissions take time. Smaller shows can often be arranged in a week or less. If your date is close, call us anyway; we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Yes. Indoor stages are built to suit ceiling height and floor rules, while outdoor stages include weather cover, stronger base support and proper earthing for power. We visit or review the venue before finalising any design.
We can. Many clients hire us for the complete show, including emcees, dancers, bands and speciality acts. Others already have their own performers and only need the stage, sound and lighting. Both options are fine.
The main factors are stage size, height and design, the amount of lighting, the sound system, whether LED screens are needed, the number of crew, and the travel and set-up time. We give an itemised quotation so you can see each cost and adjust the plan.
Yes. We recommend a technical rehearsal for every stage show, and we schedule it into the set-up plan. It lets sound, lights, video and artists be tested together before the audience arrives.
Yes. Backdrops, fabrics, lighting colours and LED content can all follow your brand palette or event theme. Send us your logo, colours and any reference images and we will show you the look in the design stage.
We plan for weather with covered stages and safe cable routing, and we keep spare equipment and a technician on site. If conditions become unsafe, we follow the organiser's decision and help move the programme to a safe alternative if one exists.
Yes. We work across India from our Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore offices, and we regularly send crews to other cities. Tell us your venue and we will confirm logistics, travel and timing for Up.
