Events and Exhibitions Services in Basar – Stalls, Pavilions and Trade Show Support

An exhibition is a compressed marketplace: hundreds or thousands of potential customers, all within walking distance, for a few days. The brands that benefit most are those that arrive with a well-designed stall, a clear message, and a team that knows how to convert conversations into business. Real Vision Events & Conference Services provides complete events and exhibitions services in Basar – from stall design and fabrication to lighting, AV, hostesses, logistics and on-site support – for exhibitors and for organisers of trade shows, expos and consumer fairs.

We have supported exhibitions since the year 2000, and our records include thousands of exhibitions in different cities. That experience helps us anticipate the things first-time exhibitors rarely see coming: shipping delays, organiser regulations, power limits and last-minute changes.

For exhibitors: a stall that works harder

Visitors decide within seconds whether to walk into a stall or pass it. Good stall design is therefore not about decoration alone; it is about stopping power, clarity and flow. Our exhibition services for participants include:

• Stall concept and 3D design that shows you how the stall will look before anything is built.
• Fabrication in wood, MDF, aluminium extrusion, metal frames and modular systems, finished with paint, laminates, vinyl or fabric graphics.
• Branding – fascia boards, back walls, standees, hanging signs, product showcases and lit logo panels.
• Lighting designed to make products stand out without glare.
• Audio visual elements – LED walls, TVs, product demo screens and sound where permitted.
• Furniture and fittings such as counters, display racks, meeting tables, chairs, carpets and storage.
• Manpower – hostesses, promoters and product demonstrators trained to greet visitors and collect leads.
• Installation and dismantling according to the organiser’s schedule.

For organisers: running a smooth show

If you are organising an exhibition, you need a partner who can manage the venue floor as well as the visitor experience. We support organisers with hall layout and booth numbering, registration and entry systems, main stage and conference areas, signage and wayfinding, sound and lighting for the venue, hostess desks, VIP lounges, and technical crew on call. We can also supply back-to-back services for multi-day shows so that the standard of the first day remains until the last.

Types of exhibitions we handle

• B2B trade shows and industry expos
• Consumer fairs, lifestyle and wedding exhibitions
• Education and career fairs

A checklist before your exhibition

How to get more value from a stall

Give visitors something to do, not only something to read. A live product demonstration, a short quiz, a hands-on trial or a photo moment will pull people in. Keep the message on your back wall short and bold, so it is readable from a distance. Position your best-selling or most visually interesting product where the aisle traffic will see it first. Provide a comfortable place where serious buyers can sit and talk without competing with the crowd. After the show, follow up quickly, because leads cool within days.

Why exhibitors and organisers choose Real Vision Events

• A team that has handled thousands of exhibitions, from small stalls to large pavilions.
• One vendor for design, fabrication, lighting, AV, staffing and logistics.
• Clear communication with organisers and venue managers, so paperwork does not become a problem.
• Presence in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore for events in and around Basar.

Common exhibition mistakes and how to avoid them

Many exhibitors lose value not because their product is weak but because of avoidable planning errors. Some arrive with a stall design that exceeds the height limit and must be altered on site. Others underestimate the electrical load and find their lights and screens shutting down. A frequent problem is understaffing: visitors walk away when they see an empty counter. Another is the absence of a lead follow-up plan, so that hundreds of business cards remain in a box after the show. We help you avoid these problems by reading the organiser’s rules with you, planning power and staffing carefully, and setting up simple lead-capture systems before the doors open.

Cost factors for exhibition stalls

The cost of a stall depends on its size, the materials, the complexity of the design, lighting and AV, furniture, transport and the number of days. A reusable modular system may cost more at first but saves money over several shows. A custom-built stall with carpentry and painted finishes gives more design freedom but usually needs more time and labour. Tell us your budget and how many exhibitions you expect to attend this year, and we will recommend the approach that gives the best return.
